Albert Mangwair a.k.a Mimi a.k.a Ngwair a.k.a Cowboy ni msanii wa Hip Hop ya Bongo kutoka mkoani Dodoma. 
Alihamia jijini Dar es Salaam, Tanzania ambako alikokutana na mtayarishaji mahiri wa mziki P Funk 'majani' au Kinywele Kimoja, na  kuanza kufanya naye kazi. 
Hiyo ilikuwa ni mwaka 2003 ambapo alitoa kibao cha kwanza kiitwacho 'Ghetto Langu,' nyimbo ilimpatia umaarufu mkubwa. Mangwair pia aliwahi kushinda tuzo ya Kilimanjaro Music Awards kama mwana Hip Hop Bora wa mwaka 2005. 
Mwaka wa 2007 akatokea kwa wimbo wa kimya kimya akiwa na wana chemba. Katika Kimya Kimya anapagawisha. 
Marehemu kwa sasa Ngwair anatesa na nyimbo inayotamba kwa jina Washamba. Alifariki jana 28/05/2013.

The Medical report from Helen Joseph hospital, Dr. Shirley Radcliffe confirming that; Albert Mangwair died from: “Alcohol toxicity” after drinking too much, Over-exhaustion and drugs overdose. 

The inquest heard that Albert 28, collapsed in his friend's home had been more than five-times the legal S.A drink-drive limit with 416mg of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood in his system.

Dr. Radcliffe described the reasons for ICU admission included hypoxemia and one of his friend found “two empty vodka bottles in the car” and he had been suffering from the eating disorder (Bulimia) for several months before his death and endless partying session with little or no resting. 

Sample taken from his stomach showed poly-drug cocktail and he overdosed Heroin, Cocaine 'crack' and cannabis 0.08gms was also found in his blood, and his death was caused by massive heart attack and respiratory failure followed by sudden heart stop...and end up dead within seconds.

Pigo tena kwa muziki wa Bongo Fleva baada ya ripoti kusema, M To The P aliyekuwa na Mangwea jijini Johannesburg naye amefariki dunia.

Taarifa kutoka Johannesburg zinaeleza M To The P amefariki dunia baada ya kulazwa katika hospitali ya St Helen Joseph ambayo mwili wa Mangwea umehifadhiwa.

Mangwea na M To The P walisafiri pamoja hadi Afrika Kusini kwa ajili ya kufanya onesho (show) na baadaye waliendelea na maisha, lakini jana  Mangwea alikutwa amefariki dunia chumbani na M To The P akiwa taabani na kulimbizwa hospitalini.

“Kweli amefariki dunia, ni yule mwenzake na Mangwea, sasa tuko kwenye pilikapilika ya kuandaa mazishi,” alisema Thomas, mmoja wa Watanzania wanaoshughulikia msiba huu.

Lady Jay Dee (Jide) ameahirisha onesho (show) yake ya miaka 13 ambayo ilikuwa ifanyike Ijumaa tarehe 31 na kulisogeza mbele katika tarehe itakayotajwa baada ya maziko ya Mangwea.

Jide aliyasema hayo akitokwa na machozi na mwenye huzuni nyingi asubuhi ya leo alipohojiwa na East Africa Radio katika  kipindi cha SUPER MIX na mtangazaji "Zembwela".

MIPANGO YA MAZISHI
Baba Mdogo wa Marehemu Mzee Mangwea ambaye yuko Mbinga, Songea kikazi, amesema kuwa wamekubaliana na kaka yake mkubwa (Baba mkubwa wa Ngwair), David Mangwea (ambaye naye yuko Songea) pamoja na kaka yao mwingine aliyepo Mara kuwa watu watakutanika Mbezi kwa msiba na mapokezi kutafanyika Mbezi Beach, Dar es Salaam. 

Maziko ya mwili wa Ngwair yamepangwa kufanyika Morogoro sehemu ambayo baba yake pia alizikwa.

Kwa wakati huu, ndugu, jamaa na marafiki wa karibu wanawasiliana na Ubalozi wa Tanzania nchini Afrika Kusini kuhusu namna ya kuleta miili ya marehemu hao nyumbani. 

Taarifa zaidi zitatolewa kufuatana na maamuzi ya viikao vya familia.
