Washer/Dryer, Water pump, Bed/mattress, Safe, Computer sets, Printer, Photocopy m/c,
Treadmill Exercise unit, A,/c split units Etc.

AUCTION CONDITIONS

1. The winning bidder for furniture has to make full payments to cashier immediately and for Vehicle has to make payments of 25o/o to cashier immediately and final payments in full
within 7 days. Payments not made within 7 days the vehicle will be reauctioned and the
advance payments will be forfeited.

2. All items are sold on" as where is" basis with no guarantee.
3. Duty and all Taxes are the responsibility ofthe buyer.
4. Bidder will remove the items after all payments and duty.
