has admitted a World Cup
second round clash between Brazil and Spain would be like a final.
“That would be a final before the final,” he told Fifa.com following Spain’s surprise defeat at the hands of Switzerland yesterday.
“For me they are one of the best sides in the world,” he added.
Spain’s defeat mean they may finish the group in second place, and if Brazil go on to top their section, then the two favourites for the tournament would meet each other in the second round.
